Managing Your Billing

You can view your current plan, modify your subscription, update your payment details, and download invoices with just a few clicks on the Billing page.

To manage your billing details, click the account name on the left menu.

Select Settings.

Then, select Billing from the menu.

Your plan

In the Your plan section, you can review and switch your subscription plan as needed.

Boxem offers you the flexibility of two subscription plans, both of which can be billed monthly or annually to suit your needs.

Standard Plan:

  • Monthly $45/month
  • Annually $38/month (Billed at $450/year)
  • Includes optimized shipment flow, inventory management, shipment manager, and sales analytics

Professional Plan:

  • Monthly $65/month
  • Annually $55/month (Billed at $650/year)
  • Includes all Standard Plan features plus LTL shipments, 2D barcodes, and early access to Beta features

Manage subscription

In the Manage subscription section, you can review or update your credit card, access invoices, or cancel your plan.

Click Manage Subscription to open a new tab with these details.

The Subscriptions area shows the details of your trial period and upcoming invoice. If you need to discontinue service, you can also cancel your plan here.

If you need to review or update your credit card, you can do this in the Billing Information area.

The Invoices section contains your past invoices, which you can view in your browser, download, or print.
